Critical Evaluation: Highlights is a steady name in the children’s publication world, and part of the reason for that is its dedication for an interactive magazine. Opening up Highlights means a kid will be forced to look at a magazine which is only half completed. The jokes haven’t been told, the riddles haven’t been solved, and the puzzles certainly have not been filled in. Each issue is filled with so many features to excite so many different aspects of a child’s learning ability.
